How do I register a domain name? (www.yourname.co.uk)
You can use any one of numerous registrars to register your domain, however we recommend you arrange a free consultation so that the best domain name is purchased for your business.

The first two years cost to register your domain is included in the design fee.

How long will it take before I can "see" my website?
When a domain name is placed on our servers it takes a certain amount of time for the internet to accept and refresh all the new domain name changes which have taken place. When these changes have been accepted the account will be fully accessible. This is known as propagation. The propagation times are as follows:

For new domains: Once you receive notification that the registration authority has registered your domain name it can take up to 72 hours for the changes to propagate across the internet. The reason that it takes this long is because the system by which domain name lookup works is hierarchical, and the caches on the servers must time-out before they request new information for a domain.

For domain transfers: We will send a request to the registrar that currently holds your domain name to initiate the process to transfer.

Can I use CGI and PHP Scripting?
Yes! You can use CGI and PHP scripts on our server

How do I maintain my e-mail accounts?
You can access your e-mail through browser, the link will be given to you after you signup and payment . Log in using your correct e-mail address and password for your new domain. From here you can add, delete and otherwise adminster e-mails for your domain. There is an extensive on-line help file, or if you have any other problems or questions, e-mail or call us.
